I have used this vacuum for over a year on a daily basis. I work in a 32,000 square foot facility. There is a lot of carpet and quite a bit of pet hair (there is a pet food pantry operated out of our location).
This little machine has incredible cyclonic suction. It picks up hair and dirt with ease.
It uses no bags so it is very economical to maintain.
In daily use for over a year I have had no issues except two times I operated the machine without cleaning the cylinder parts and it over heated. Fortunately, the vacuum has a shut off feature that shuts down when it over heats.
I usually clean the cylinder parts in a solution of hot water and dish soap. I only have to do this once a week and it takes about five minutes. Very simple process.
I paid just over $70.00 for this little jewel and it has been one of the most exceptional values I have purchased in a very long time!
